Amica Whitby is a 7 storey, 168 suite Group C Retirement Home with 12 adjacent Townhomes for fully independent seniors. The Residence features IL, AL and MC neighbourhoods.

The Memory Care floor is located on the top level. This unconventional placement allows for raised ceilings, clerestory windows and skylights, and walkouts to spacious and secure terraces at each end of the hallway. 

Another novel feature of this development is a 100 seat ground level Sports Pub with adjacent outdoor patio.  

The development shares the site with the Faith Baptist Church and was the subject of a Severance, Rezoning and OPA which were obtained in record time.
