Murphy Partners was engaged to explore a variety of feasible re-development options to maximize residential suites and amenities for this facility while maintaining appropriate transitions to the surrounding context. The largest of these options featured a new 16-storey addition dovetailed into the adjoining heritage portion and making use of a recently purchased adjacent home.
Two levels of below-grade parking and numerous roof decks and balconies make the most of this extremely tight urban site.
