Revera Centennial Place

Etobicoke, Ontario

Murphy Partners planned and designed 324 seniors apartments in a terraced, eight-storey facility on a 2.8 acre site in Etobicoke. The building footprint is formed by the L-shape site while the upper floors are terraced to comply with municipal urban design guidelines.

The building accommodates 3 types of neighbourhood clusters including memory care, independent living, and assisted living.

Each cluster features studio, one-bed, two-beds seniors apartments on all eight floors. Assisted Living and Memory Care clusters feature one-bed and studio suites on the second, third, fourth, and fifth floors. The clusters have private amenity spaces on each floor, as well as vertical circulations and exclusive outdoor spaces. The shared central amenities and support spaces are located on the first floor and basement for use by the entire building.

This development replaces the existing 40-year-old, single-storey Assisted Living facility and combines it with additional lands to be acquired from the adjacent Masonic Lodge.

Parking is provided in a single-level underground parkade and at the surface level behind the building.
